SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
1 – 5 business days*
FREE for all orders over $150 AUD
$12 AUD for orders under $150 AUD
SHIPPING PROCESS
• Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) ship same day.
• Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays ship next business day.
• Our distribution hub is closed on weekends/public holidays.
TRACKING
Every order includes tracking.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
HOME DELIVERY
• Signature required on delivery.
• If you’re not home, a collection card will be left.
BUSINESS DELIVERY
• Anyone at the business address may sign.
• We recommend home delivery for high-value orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Orders outside Australia may incur customs duties/taxes.
• These are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags attached.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
