• Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) ship same day. 

• Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays ship next business day. 

• Our distribution hub is closed on weekends/public holidays. 

Every order includes tracking. 

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

• Signature required on delivery. 

• If you’re not home, a collection card will be left.

• Anyone at the business address may sign. 

• We recommend home delivery for high-value orders.

• Orders outside Australia may incur customs duties/taxes. 

• These are the responsibility of the customer.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached.

• Exchanges for different sizes or colours are subject to stock availability.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns and exchanges.

• Faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, including applicable return shipping costs.

• No restocking fees apply.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account.
